- You should receive an email from us acknowledging your order as soon as you’ve placed it.
- We only accept card payments. Once the payment has been approved, we will accept your order.
- All orders are subject to availability. If the item you ordered is out of stock or size, we will get in touch with you as soon as possible.
- Due to unforeseen issues if we cancel your order or freeze your account, we will contact you.
- If your order gets cancelled due to any mistake on our behalf, we will refund you in full. Please give 15 working days to process your refund in such a case.
- We have NO RETURNS or EXCHANGE policy. Please ensure you are happy with your order BEFORE placing the order. If you need any more information to be sure, please contact us.
- Delivery charges are not included in the product price. They will be added upon checkout.
